Na prvi pogled mi je delovao dosta pristojno,ali je imao 5-6 fleka od krvi i kad sam sklonio neke bezvezne gumene patosnice imao sam i sta da vidim.
Stajale su preko fabrickih letnjih i ostavile trag od trenja koji nema sanse nikako da se skine,tj unistene fabricke patosnice.
Znaci obavezno izbegavati kojekakve fals patosnice.

Danas mi je stigla dopuna u vidu a.p.c-a i m.f. diskovi za zavrsno poliranje i vrhunski sjaj

Stiglo je tu i jos kojecega za negu vozila musterija koje su prosle tretman ulepsavanja i sredjivanja vozila.
Ako neko zeli da poruci nesto od Meguiars-a moze preko mene,napravio sam dogovor sa ekipom iz Zagreba.
Cene u Srbiji tj kod mene ce biti iste kao kod njih a jedini trosak ce biti postarina od S.Mitrovice pa do mesta slanja.
Za sada nemam lager vec porucujem jednom u 10-ak dana.

Za fokusa je konkretno cifra bila 150e,i od katastrofa je dobio ekstra stanje laka.

Ovde ću Vam pokušati objasniti pravilne tehnike prilikom pranja Vašeg automobila. Ovaj naizgled najjednostavniji posao je glavni uzrok lošeg stanja laka na automobilima, kako oksidacije tako paukove mreže (swirl marks).
Većina svoje ljubimce u kućnoj radinosti (mada je to slučaj i sa nekim perionicama) pere sa sunđerom i tu pravi najveću grešku i uništava lak.

Postavićete pitanje šta to nije u redu sa sunđerom?
Najveći problem dolazi od ravne površine sunđera (u zavisnosti od proizvođača neki na sebi imaju manje ili veće rupice ali je to nedovoljno).

Prednost rukavica za pranje je što su meke i što apsorbuju prljavštinu unutar sebe i onemogućuju grebanje Vašeg laka odnosno tu mogućnost smanjuju na minimum. Na crtežu to izgleda ovako

Ovim načinom pranja izbegnuti će te prevlačenje prljavštine preko farbe i stvaranje swirls-ova odnosno tu mogućnost će te smanjiti na minimum.
Koji wash mitt koristiti ostaje na Vama i Vašim finansijskim mogućnostima. Cene se kreću od 10 do 50 evra.
Sledeće stavka u ovom pranju su šamponi.
Potrebno je izabrati šampon koji ima dobra svojstva podmazivanja, one koji će Vam omogućiti što lakše prevlačenje rukavice preko laka. Tu ću Vam prilikom izbora reći sledeće: koliko para toliko i muzike. Litru pravog šampona neće naći ispod 10 evra. Naravno to ćete moći i sa jeftinijim šamoponima ali je potrošnja znatno veća.
Druga stvar prilikom izbora šampona je to da ne uništavaju i ne isušuju lak odnosno da ne sadrže štetne hemikalije koje će isušti Vaš lak, skinuti vosak i ostaviti ga nezaštićenog. Većina tu pravi krucijalnu grešku, za pranje koristi tečnost za sudove. Ona je dizajnira na otapa sve masnoće (uključujući i vosak) koje će isušiti Vaš lak i na kraju dovesti do oksidacije.
Metoda dve kante.
Prilikom pranja automobila većina ima jedan sunđer i jednu kantu. To je takođe jedan od problema prilikom pranja koji takođe može dovesti do swirls-ova. Metoda dve kante kao što iz naziva sledi koristi dve kante prilikom pranja automobila. U prvoj kanti imamo rastvor šampona a drugoj čistu vodu. Pošto ste sa rukavicom oprali jedan deo automobila i potrošili rastvor koji se nalazi na rukavici nećete je odmah umočiti u rastvor šampona već u kantu sa čistom vodom kako bi isprali čestice prljavštine koje ste zarobili u rukavici. Prilikom metode dve kante u samim kantama se pri dnu nalazi mreža koja se naziva grit-guard i čija je svrha da Vam onemogući da rukavicu zamočite skroz do dna kante na čije je dno pala prljvština.

Predpranje
Jedan od najbitnijih koraka u pranju automobila.
Za ovu svrhu se koriste namenska sredstva tj bezkontaktni šamponi. Njihova svrha je da omekšaju prljvštinu o kojoj smo gore pričali i da prilikom puškiranja Vašeg automobila skinu što je više moguće prljavštine te da Vam kod glavnog pranja rukavicom i šamponom pripreme što čistiju površinu i smanje mogućnost grebanja na minimum.
Napomena: autoperionice koriste samo bezkontaktna sredstva a retko koja posle i šamponira kola -jednostavno to im se ne isplati iako na svakoj bezkontaktnoj tečnosti piše prewash.
Tehnika pranja:
Počnite od točkova, lukova oko točkova i šupljina oko vrata. Kada koristite četku za felne i rastvor šampona vrlo je moguće da će Vam hemija sa točkova dospeti na lak koji ste predhodno oprali te će te ga morati ponovo prati (lak). Ne zaboravite oprati predele oko unutrašnosti vrata, pragove i predele oko vrata gepeka da se ne bi ponovo vraćali na te delove kada operete spoljašnjiost pošto će Vam vraćanje na te delove ponovo uprljati lak te će te isti posao raditi dva puta.
Šamponiranje:
Ovo je glavna faza pranja i trenutak kada možete nanenti oštećenja na laku "swirls" ukoliko ne vodite računa. Koristite šampon razređen u razmeri koju navodi proizvođač. Jača koncentracija nego što je potrebno može skinuti vosak sa kola. Možete koristiti kako hladnu tako i toplu vodu. Ja uvek koristim toplu kako zbog ruku tako i zbog šampona, jer šampon kao i svak hemija bolje radi sa toplom vodom. Bilo bi idealno kada bi imali dve rukavice s tim što će te jednu koristiti ispod lajsne za najprljavije delove a drugu za ostatak automobila. Prilikom pranja koristite pravolinijske pokrete (ne kružne-o tome ćemo u nekoj drugoj temi) koristeći umeren pritisak.

Za ostatke na laku koje ne možete skinuti pranjem rukavicom i šamponom ne koristite pritisak. Tu Vam je potrebna jača hemija kao npr neki tar remover ili sl koji će bez problema skinuti te kontaminacije. Pritiskom će te samo oštetiti lak.
Ispiranje:
Po završenom pranju isperite Vaš automobil sa dosta vode koristiće crevo, za ovaj deo nije Vam potrebna mašina za pranje pod pritiskom.
Sušenje:
Još jedna od bitnih faza u pranju automobila. Koristite mikrofiber peškire bez etikete (koje bez problema ostavljaju tragove po kolima pogotovo ako je reč o crnom automobilu). Krpu presavijte kako bi dobili što mekšu površinu. Možete koristiti i jelensku kožu ali vodite računa da je čista.

Nisu to nikakve tajne vec jednostavno neki da kazem normalan sled dogadjaja u odrzavanju voziila nakon korekcije boje i voskiranja.
Jer je inace sve uradjeno uzalud i bacene pare ako se posle poliranja auto otera bilo gde i 'majstori' posle prvog pranja naprave nove holograme i skinu vosak ne adekvatnim sredstvima.
Cak se desava da novi auti iz salona izadju sa hologramima nakon de konzerviranja :doh:
Naravno da ovo vazi za one koji imaju uslova za samostalno odrzavanje svog ljubimca.
A oni koji nemaju takvih uslova, po meni treba malo da prosvrljaju po perionicama i da vide ko,kako i sa cime radi i eventualno napraviti neki dogovor da se auto pere sa samponom koji vlasnik donese( cuvanje voska).
Mada je vrlo dobra opcija i pranje na zeton i u tom slucaju se auto lepo ispuskira,pa polako opere metodom dve kofe i onda jos jedan zeton za ispiranje i nema brige,naravno bez upotrebe njihove hemije i obavezno izbegavanje bilo kakvih cetki.

Morao sam jako da zurim i za 6 sati sam nekao uspeo da uradim,mada je moglo i dosta bolje i neko realno vreme za sve detalje je jedno 15 sati.
Sve sam presao jednim ciklusom rada mada je toliko bio zapusten da je trebalo barem sve ovo ponoviti jos jednom.

Tretman glinom-claying
Claying je obavezan korak koji predhodi svakom ozbiljnijem poliranju, voskiranju automobila a takođe se primenjuje posle pranja automobila koji nemaju garažu i nalaze se na parkinzima i izloženi su vremenski uticajima i "plaču drveća". Sama glina (koristi se sa lubrikantima namenjenima za tu upotrebu) sa laka automobila kupi prljavštinu koju obično pranje ne može skinuti a te prljavštine su u svetu detailinga poznatije kao kontaminacije. Kao što Vam je poznato lak na novom automobilu je savršeno glatak i prijatan za pod ruku. Kada se na tako čist lak nanese zaštita u obliku prirodnih voskova, sealant-ova ili nano tehnologije, zaštita popunjava svaku poru u farbi i traje znatno duže a sam izgled automobila kako vizuelni tako i na dodir je neuporediv. Glina se primenjuje kako na polovnim tako i na novim automobila. Poznato Vam je verovatno da na Vašem automobilu koji je perfktno čist i uglancan kada pređete prstima preko njega osetite prašinu i pesak a sigurni ste da ste ga dobro oprali. Upravo su to kontaminacije koje se ne mogu oprati a pod mikroskopom (imam negde sliku okačići naknadno) se vidi da su to sitni kamenčici i komadići raznih metala kočiona prašina itd. Glina prevučena preko takvog laka u sebe skuplja sve te kontaminacije. Ne bi ste verovali šta se sve može skinuti sa jedne perfektno čiste bele haube. Posle clayinga takva površina je neverovatno glatka, čista, daje osećaj novog automobila i spremna je za dalju obradu bilo da je u pitanju korekcija laka ili da je u pitanju zaštita.

Način upotrebe.
Clay bar se uoptrebljava tako što se na deo recimo 30x30 naprska namenski lubrikant te se glina prevlači pravolinijskim pokretima napred i nazad koristeći pritisak koji je dovoljan da glinu drži prilepljenu uz površinu i ništa više. Kada se počne claying oseti se kako skida kontaminacije da bi u jednom trenutku glina proklizala kada sve u sebe pokupi. Može se koristiti i sa vodom sa deterdžentom ali to znatno umanjuje vek clay bara. Glinu koristite dok se ne zaprlja, kada se deo zaprlja jednostavno je izmesite i dođete do čistog dela. Sa pakovanjem od 50 grama možete očistiti jedno pet održavanih automobila dok će te je uništiti ako je u pitanju auto sa parkinga. Glina Vam ne sme pasti na zemlju tad je gotova i možete je slobodno baciti.
Postoje razne gradacije gline od najgrublje koja će malo matirati kola do najfinije za detailing automobila.
Zašto?
Svaka kontaminicija laka će se prilikom poliranja ponašati kao obraziv koji će prouzrokovati swirl marks i druge razne defekte.
Jedan od razloga je čistoća i izgled novog automobila.

Cena?
To nije jeftina igračka. Ja koristim Meguiars mild a po potrebi agressive clay. Videćete verovatno po stranim sajtovima male kitove sa glinom i lubrikantom za male pare ali će Vam oni trajati jako kratko ako ne i jednom ako je u pitanju auto od par godina.
Ja prilikom detailinga obavezno koristim glinu. Ogromna je razlika staviti polir mašinu na automobil očišćen glinom i na onaj koji to nije, a takođe i vosak. Claying je proces koji se brzo radi i npr za auto srednje velicine mi je potrebno 45- 60min detaljnog clayinga. Dosta ljudi dođe kod mene na claying i nanošenje voska, to nije velika investicija a preporodi automobil.

U pitanju je sprinter,2007,sredjuje se pa sam radio enterijer a ostatak kad bude sklopljen.
Inace je presao svega 75000km ali je zapusten kao da ima 750000km.

Kod ovih farova sam napravio kompromis na stetu krajnjeg rezultata( doduse vrlo malo) a u korist zastite samih farova tako sto sam uspeo da sacuvam fabricku U.V zastitu,umesto standardne procedure kod farova u losijem stanju kod kojih se ta propala zastita skroz skida.

Dogovor je bio da se auto predje sa glaze-om,medjutim krov i hauba su bili katastrofalni pa sam morao da ih poliram dosuse sa jednom pastom.

:aplause: :respect: Svaka cast majstore , na kraju ces me nagovoriti da dodjem u Sr. Mitrovicu. :D
Nakon konsultacija sa samim sobom :fiju: i na sugestiju vise drugara sa raznih foruma i okoline u skorije vreme bi trebalo da pocnem sa radom na 'terenu'
Uz dva ogranicavajuca faktora,treba da mi budu dostupni h2o i struja.
A ako sve bude po planu u ponudi ce biti jos i izvlacenje ulubljenja od grada i drugih ostecenje gde je boja ostala citava.

Hm. Od trenutka kad sam kupio Logana, pa do prodaje, na nebu se pojavilo sigurno dvadesetak fleka. Primetio sam da ih je sve vise iz godine u godinu, ali nisam mogao da zakljucim zašto se pojavljuju, jer sam vodio računa... Fora sa štiklama je OK, ali interesuje me nešto drugo. Igrom slučaja, desilo se nekoliko puta da moram da napravim pauzu i odspavam u autu. Nekoliko puta se dogodilo da ne otvorim prozor (pogotovo nakon krađe bočnih vetrobrana) i da stakla budu u toj meri zamagljena da se kapi vode po unutrašnjoj strani stakala slivaju kao po slaboj kiši. Da li je moguće, u takvim okolnostima, da se i "na krovu" stvara sličan kondenzat koji kaplje na nebo? Nažalost, auto nije više kod mene pa ne mogu da fotografišem, ali zaista sam ga prodao sa mnoštvom flekica.

Vrlo moguce da od kondenzacije nastane tako nesto,mada konkretno kod ove maree mislim da su tackice masne ali nemam pojma odakle tu.

Burgman je zavrsen i beli delovi od Harlija,tj samo rezervoar, crni delovi su presmirglani i zavrsavamih u sledecoj turi-prekosutra.
Na rezervoaru je bila neka cudna pojava pa sam ga celog presmirglao i prepolirao a na ostalom delovima samo zrnca prasine.

Pre 6-7 meseci je poliran i dalje se dobro drzi,na fotkama 5 i 6 se vidi trenutno stanje laka,inace auto je inicijalno posle poliranja bio zasticen sa 2 sloja sealant-a i jos uvek ga je bilo na laku tako da je dobi jedan sloj Meguiars Gold Class voska,naravno gume,plastike i kederi su takodje dobili zimski tretman.

Mokre su,posto sam radio prvo fleke a nisam imao vremena da detaljno slikam,A-stubovi su bili takodje kriminalni.
Sto se tice terena jos jesenas sam imao to u planu ali pocinjem od ove godine,generalno treba jos malo da se prolepsa vreme ili ako postoji garaza,nadstresnica ili neki zatvoren prostor onda vremenski uslovi nisu problem :dobro:

U pitanju je GL koji je stajao pored drugog auta koji je goreo,popucalo je par stakala i enterijer se strasno nadimio :banghead:
Ostatak sredjivanja za par dana kad stignem.
Juce nastavio sa radovima na GL-u a danas zavrsio,nesto preko 20 radnih sati.
Slabo ima fotki pre i posle,kratak sam bio sa vremenom.

Bio sam u Bratislavi sa vlasnikom radionice za izradu vrhunske auto kozmetike-Polish Angel iz Nemacke.
Povod je bio otvaranje Royal Garage-a kao njihovog zvanicnog distributera i naravno prezentacija proizvoda.
Tu nemam sta puno reci osim da tako nesto jos nisam imao prilike da vidim a ni da koristim do pre neki dan.Do sada sam samo gledao kako top klasa svetskih detailera koristi ove proizvode a sada sam se i uverio zasto.
Doduse paste za poliranje nisu bas po mojoj meri tj za nase uslove i stanje vecine vozila koje radim-dosta su fine.
Ali su zato sredstva za unutrasnjost i zastitu laka spolja prevazisla sva moja ocekivnja.

Za tackice brusenje finim prahom aluminijum oksida, pa poliranejsa cerijumom...ali mislim da bi trajalo jako dugo...
Na poslu poliramo stakla sa AL-oksidom ili dijamanskim diskom...
Mislim da za tackice nema resenja,jer ako bi ih isterivao cela povrsina bi se morala stanjiti zaista puno i pitanje je sta bi bilo na kraju.

Koliko dugo je trajalo sredjivanje, s` obzirom i na farbanje kocnica...
I koliko "vremena" je vlasnik morao da izdvoji...
Dosta vremena je trajala cela akcija,sredjivanje unutrasnjosti 1 dan,2 kompleta felni 2 dana,celjusti jedan dan,pranje,pranje motora i priprema za poliranje 1 dan i poliranje sa zastitom 4 dana.
Cena zavisi od auta do auta,velicine,stanja,zastite koju koristim na kraju itd....
